We operate in three main areas: training, consulting and brokering.

The company specialises in the training of Chinese governmental officials in different industrial areas. We also organise ad-hoc training in the areas of the development of an entrepreneurial mindset for entrepreneurs-to-be and corporate entrepreneurs. Consulting is provided to businesses in the areas of marketing strategy - with special focus on the development of marketing capabilities and market segmentation - as well as the development of the business concept development and business models, especially for startups. Consulting for institutional clients is provided in the development of an entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystem. Finally, Kipos also engages in ad-hoc brokerage activities by linking Western and Eastern companies and by sourcing on-demand raw and semi-worked materials, industrial and consumer products, as well as medical equipment for different clients around the world.

We specialise in two areas of training: (i) entrepreneurship and startups, and (ii) training for cadres of the Chinese public administration in different areas.
